Who handles your data

This is the page stores use to show the progress of their orders. The store you bought from decides how your data is used. Here it is handled on the store's behalf and only for this tracking.

What data is kept

When the payment is confirmed, the store sends the order data. From it, we keep the name, the e-mail, the delivery city and state, the items and the amount. Full address, phone number and payment details are discarded on arrival.

How the CPF is kept

The CPF is not kept in readable form. It is turned into a code that does not allow the original number to be recovered and is used only to find your orders when you type the CPF in the search.

What the data is used for

To show the order steps and to send the confirmation, preparation and shipping e-mails. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

What the search shows

Anyone searching a code or CPF sees the first name, the destination city, the items and the steps. Surname, e-mail, address and phone number are not shown.

Who the data is shared with

With the service that delivers the order e-mails and with the server that keeps the page online. Each one receives only what it needs for that job.

Cookies and analytics

This page does not use tracking cookies, ads or audience measurement tools. Fonts and icons are loaded from this site itself, with no calls to outside services.

For how long

Order data is kept for as long as it is needed for tracking and for answering questions about the purchase.

You can ask to confirm, access or correct your data. Contact the store you bought from, using the details shown in your order.
