From payment to delivery, each step shows up here with the date it happened.

You buy from the store
Once the payment is confirmed, the store registers the order here and you get a confirmation e-mail with your order number.

The store prepares the shipment
The store picks and packs the items. If the order has not been shipped within two business days, you get an e-mail saying it is being prepared.

The order is shipped
When the store hands the order to the carrier, you get an e-mail with the tracking code.

You follow each step
Enter the code or the CPF used at checkout on the tracking page. Each step shows the date it happened.

The order arrives
The store registers the delivery and tracking ends.
